Halifax Mooseheads forward Raphael Lavoie moves up to #10 in the March ISS Rankings after tallying 73 points in 60 games. Dennis MacInnis, Director of Scouting for ISS Hockey, noted Lavoie’s improved performance, stating:

“Raphael has a great package of size, skating and skill – he has great offensive instincts and has been tearing up the QMJHL with 24 points in just 12 games; he has worked hard to improve his consistency and as a result his confidence has grown and he’s now starting to take his game to the next level. Raphael has pro-level release on his shot and projects as a top-six forward with offensive upside.”
